DUTERTE LATEST NEWS OCTOBER 10, 2018 | DUTERTE LEADS THE PRESENTATION OF 3 REPUBLIC ACT

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte leads the presentation of three (3) Republic Acts (RA) in a ceremony at the Rizal Hall in Malacañan Palace on October 9, 2018.

The three (3) laws, signed by the Chief Executive, include RA No. 11057 or "The Personal Property Security Act", RA No. 11058 or “An Act Strengthening Compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof”, and RA No. 11079 or “An Act Mandating the Integration of the Maasin City College into the Southern Leyte State University.” It will be presented to Senate President Vicente Sotto III and House of Representatives (HOR) Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The program is attended by senators, members of the HOR, and other government agencies involved with the aforementioned laws.
